North Central High School

North Central High School’s Student Support Team structure is designed to better serve students and strengthen our school-family relationships. We hold two key priorities at the center of our Student Support Team structure:

• Building stronger, lasting relationships between students, families, and school staff.
• Providing intentional support for freshmen to ensure a successful transition into high school and a strong foundation for the years ahead.

We will have a dedicated team for freshmen, focused on helping them transition to high school successfully. Following freshman year, students will have the same counselor for the rest of high school based on their last name and better yet – families with multiple students will have the same counselor. We believe this new structure will foster deeper connections, clearer communication, and more personalized support for every student and family.
